  • Analyzing Recruitment Need:

    During our initial consultation, we take time to listen and understand your business needs. One of our objectives is to derive an in-depth knowledge of your business including understanding the culture, values and the structure of your organization. We in turn are able to assess the industry, competitors and market conditions for you. We ask intelligent questions to ensure we have covered all bases, recap and summarise your requirements back to you, to ensure we move forward from the same page.

  • Sourcing the candidate:

    • We use our growing data base with quality candidates, proven and interviewed by one of our dedicated consultants.
    • We refer to our professional networks, utilise online advertising and specialised job boards.
    • We discreetly approach passive candidates and present your opportunity favourably to them.
    • We gain referrals through our clients, candidates and word of mouth.

  • The selection process

    Every candidate we present has been screened and had a thorough face to face interview. We ask the right questions, testing their behavioral and situational skills in different scenarios. We examine candidates on their personal strengths and weaknesses specific to the competencies of your role. Finally we do a comprehensive reference check with relevant and more recent employers to ensure our candidates are a suitable fit for your organization.

  • The offer stage

    We will work with you and then manage and negotiate on your behalf to ensure a mutual acceptance of offer is reached.

  • Placement Care

    Up until employment with you has commenced, we continually remain in contact with the candidate to ensure their resignation process has smoothly taken place. We do an immediate follow up with both you and candidate during the first week of their new employment to ensure they have undergone induction and the candidate is settling in well. Thereafter we like to maintain our business relationships and keep in contact at various intervals to ensure everything is going well and both parties are happy.
